3. Customized Products

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all customization details (such as names, messages, photos, or designs) are correct at the time of order placement. Hapzo will not be responsible for errors submitted by customers.
Customized products are non-returnable, except in cases where the item arrives damaged or defective, in which case a replacement may be provided.
4. Pricing and Payments
All product prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and may be subject to change without prior notice. Payments must be completed at the time of purchase through the available secure payment methods. Orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation.
5. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Once an order is placed, cancellation may not be possible if the product has already been processed or shipped.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times generally range between 3–7 business days, depending on the shipping location. Hapzo is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Hapzo will not be responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
7. Returns and Replacements
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product if the item meets the return eligibility requirements.
Customized products are non-returnable, but replacements will be provided if the product arrives damaged or defective.
For damaged or incorrect items, customers must provide photo proof and contact Hapzo through email or WhatsApp.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Hapzo website, including logos, images, product designs, graphics, and text, is the property of Hapzo and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction of any content without permission is strictly prohibited.
